To help you transport your boxes and other goods efficiently within our self-storage locations to your storage area or storage unit, we provide you with hand trucks, trolleys, and other transport aids such as pallet jacks free of charge.
LAGER-EIN has been the first point of contact for the storage of boxes, documents, large items, and other goods for many years – this, with our experience, also makes us an expert in your move, transport, and picking needs. We know what you need besides a dry and clean storage space to store safely and well.
These transport aids are available on-site:
- Hand trucks are made of a welded steel construction with a high load capacity. They have a small loading area and rubberized handles that allow you to pull or push the hand truck. Hand trucks are suitable for moving boxes, crates, small furniture, appliances, or construction machinery.
- Pallet jacks are suitable for picking up Euro pallets. With the so-called forks, you can slide them under the pallet, lift it, and easily transport larger loads to your storage unit.
- Carts transport goods of different sizes, shapes, and weights from your transport vehicle to the storage room.
You can use all of these transport aids as part of your storage with LAGER-EIN.
These transport aids are available to you on-site at LAGER-EIN. Our locations also ensure comprehensive accessibility. You can easily maneuver through the aisles to your storage unit with these rolling aids. The transport aids are equipped with a robust load capacity of up to 200 kilograms. In particular, the steel hand truck ensures efficient transport with either solid rubber or air tires. The three-wheel systems effortlessly navigate any stairs.
If you need to transport pallets and heavy loads, we recommend using the pallet jack. With the lifting lever, you can pump the loads up and move them forward easily. For office use, the carts are recommended. They provide a secure place for documents and files to transport them to the storage room and place them on the shelves.
